Return and Replacement Policy
Return and replacement conditions for damaged, wrong, defective, or unsafe deliveries.

Because APRAS Naturals sells consumable natural products, returns and replacements are handled carefully for customer safety, product integrity, and hygiene.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement may be approved for wrong item delivered, damaged jar or bottle, leakage in transit, missing item, verified manufacturing or packing defect, or other support-approved issue. Evidence such as package photos, product photos, unboxing video, invoice, and order number may be required.
Return Restrictions
Opened, consumed, tampered, improperly stored, or customer-damaged consumables may not be returnable unless a verified defect or safety issue is established. Natural crystallization of raw honey is not a defect.
Return Pickup or Self-Ship
Where return pickup is available, support will provide instructions. If self-shipping is approved, the item must be packed securely to avoid leakage or breakage. Refund or replacement decisions may be made after inspection.
